A phone call to a salesman ascertained that these minivans were formerly Chrysler management vehicles and were being sold off. We purchased one and did not notice that the price on the sales agreement was $895.00 more than the advertised price until we got home. The sales manager refused to refund the overcharge, a registered letter to the President of the company had the same result as did complaints made through the B.B.B. and Arizona Attorney General s Office. Moore s sales manager claimed that this was a standard add ons charge but there were no add ons and in fact the minivan was missing the floor mats which are standard equipment on this model. After purchasing this vehicle it was discovered that it was actually a rental vehicle not a former Chrysler management vehicle. When negotiating a price for this minivan the sales manager assured us that the Chrysler warranty would be honored in Canada, on returning to Canada we found this to be untrue and as we had registered the vehicle in Canada the U.S. warranty was invalid. The moral of the story is - don t believe anything unless it is in writing and then be sure to read and understand every word before signing. Don t allow yourself fo be rushed, particularly if you are (like us) senior citizens.

Thank you for your comments, However both the Attorney General and the BBB found your accusations both inaccurate and false and dismissed your complaints. The dealer disclosed and documented all pricing, vehicle details and warranties at the time of purchase.
Bought used Toyota Sienna LE
Tony G at Moore Auto Group was great. When he knew I was just looking, he did everything right to help evaluate the car I was interested in without any pressure to buy 'today.' When Tony was busy with a customer, he ensured I had another sales team member, Sue, step in to help me. Tony and Sue listened well to my requests and we were able to negotiate a good deal for both sides. Evan in finance was also a great team player to make sure we were happy with our deal.

Disappointed
I brought my car in for service. The waiting area was very dirty and old. I couldn't believe how filthy the bathrooms were. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. A sales person came up to me and said, "we need your used car". It was just a sales tactic which I didn't appreciate while I was getting my car repaired. It just came across aggressive.

Retraction of my previous comment - Jeep Patriot
On April 21st I posted a comment regarding my experience purchasing a 2012 Jeep Patriot from this dealership. I was upset because I believed I was not given the right price on my trade-in. After working with Kristina Tangolics the trade-in value was adjusted and I am now very satisfied with the results. She renewed my faith that you can be treated fairly and respectfully when you purchase a new vehicle. Thanks Kristina!

On Saturday 4/21/12 my wife visited your dealership to buy a new Jeep Patriot. We were greeted by Tony and he found the vehicle we were looking for. We test drove the Jeep and Tony explained all the features. We have never owned a Jeep before so it was a new experience. We worked with Tony on a deal bought the Patriot. Ripped me off on my trade-in
I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude 4X4 from this dealership on Friday 04/20/2012. I traded in a 2008 Saturn Astra XR. I know my trade-in was worth at least 9K. The car only had 25,000 miles on it, had just been recently serviced, had $1000.00 worth of new tires and was in excellent condition. I was told that because it was a Saturn had a 5 speed it was only worth 4K to them. I told them I what I wanted and they came up to 7K. I showed them that there were at least 4 Saturn Astra's for sale in the Phoenix area with a going price between 11 - 12K. My salesman Tony Guerrero basically blew me off and told me that was their best price. I made the mistake of proceeding with the purchase because I wanted the Jeep. I know they are going to make a handsome profit off my trade-in and it just ticks me off. I was hoping to be treated treated fairly and respectfully and I wasn't. Don't buy a new car from these guys.

Sebring purchase
My wife and I just purchased a Chrysler Sebring from the Moore auto group on Bell Rd. Chris, Sue, and Evan made this a great buying experience.
