Disappointed

I brought my car in for service. The waiting area was very dirty and old. I couldn't believe how filthy the bathrooms were. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. A sales person came up to me and said, "we need your used car". It was just a sales tactic which I didn't appreciate while I was getting my car repaired. It just came across aggressive.

Retraction of my previous comment - Jeep Patriot

On April 21st I posted a comment regarding my experience purchasing a 2012 Jeep Patriot from this dealership. I was upset because I believed I was not given the right price on my trade-in. After working with Kristina Tangolics the trade-in value was adjusted and I am now very satisfied with the results. She renewed my faith that you can be treated fairly and respectfully when you purchase a new vehicle. Thanks Kristina!

Tony Guerrero

On Saturday 4/21/12 my wife visited your dealership to buy a new Jeep Patriot. We were greeted by Tony and he found the vehicle we were looking for. We test drove the Jeep and Tony explained all the features. We have never owned a Jeep before so it was a new experience. We worked with Tony on a deal bought the Patriot. He was very professional and knowledgable. Thank You Tony. Nicholas worked the financing and he also was professional efficient. Thanks to all. Ron Martin

Ripped me off on my trade-in

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude 4X4 from this dealership on Friday 04/20/2012. I traded in a 2008 Saturn Astra XR. I know my trade-in was worth at least 9K. The car only had 25,000 miles on it, had just been recently serviced, had $1000.00 worth of new tires and was in excellent condition. I was told that because it was a Saturn had a 5 speed it was only worth 4K to them. I told them I what I wanted and they came up to 7K. I showed them that there were at least 4 Saturn Astra's for sale in the Phoenix area with a going price between 11 - 12K. My salesman Tony Guerrero basically blew me off and told me that was their best price. I made the mistake of proceeding with the purchase because I wanted the Jeep. I know they are going to make a handsome profit off my trade-in and it just ticks me off. I was hoping to be treated treated fairly and respectfully and I wasn't. Don't buy a new car from these guys.

Chrysler 300 touring

Just bought my 300 touring on Monday. From the moment I started talking to Marty I knew this was the place I was going to buy from. I was treated with respect n received a fair trade in for my car. If ur in the market for a great car u have to go see Marty:-) thanks Marty

Sebring purchase

My wife and I just purchased a Chrysler Sebring from the Moore auto group on Bell Rd. Chris, Sue, and Evan made this a great buying experience. They took great care of us, and we drove away with a great deal in a beautiful car. My wife loves her new Sebring and she looks good in it. Thank you Moore Auto Group.
