Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale is the quinessential car buying experience. Rob Rossi was an excellent salesman as well as the Finance Manager for the branch. They made our experience buying a new M-Class a breeze. They had the EXACT color and features we wanted and were very patient in letting us take our time to decide. We were given expert service with a very professional salesperson. The salesperson answered all of our questions and covered everything that we needed to know about the car. Her name is Sandrena Schumacher and she was very honest and knowledgeable. She wanted to know the features that I was interested in and the style of vehicle instead of steering me towards one I did not want or one above the budget that I told her I had to stay within. After I test drove the vehicle, we sat down at her office and she explained everything in detail. She did not pressure me to buy it, she did not pretend that if I did not sign now that someone else was interested or offer me a discount that was just good on that day. The entire staff went above and beyond to insure that my experience was a postive one. When I came back with my husband and children, it was fun, exciting time for all of us. We saw a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes on the dealership's website and inquired about it. A salesman by the name of Dinu Cretu responded very promptly and provided us all the information about it.
