my wife and I bought a new Ford Mustang from Sanderson Ford some 35-40 years ago, I believe looking back we had the car for less than 2 years...we couldn't get rid of it fast enough...it immediately started 'overheating' and Sanderson Ford fix was to remove the thermostat for short periods of time at my expense, there don't have a whole upper floor of 'customer handlers' for a reason...poor experience, needless to say our last Sanderson Ford ...I'm only writing this review cause of the way they are 'crowing' over their superior customer service...we sure didn't see it

Our family just purchased our 17th vehicle from Sanderson Ford. Everything went so smooth. The purchase was quick and easy. Our salesman Larry Haidek was awesome. The finance manager Brian explained everything to us on every document that we had to sign. The START team member Will connected up our cell phone to the SYNC system and also signed us up with the all new Ford Pass App. We'll continue to buy our vehicles at Sanderson Ford.

Andrea park was my sales person, and she was phenomenal. After I told them that having a Chevy on their lot was an eye sore and that they should just give the car to me for free, they didn't agree but they did give me what I feel was a fair price and after a horrendous week of experiences at the end of the year and month at other dealers, it was refreshing to work with Andrea and Sanderson. They negotiated quickly and didn't waste my time and they treated me with the respect that the other dealers I experienced sorely lacked. Great experience and who knows, if that new Ford Ranger is as cool as they say it will be, maybe I will put this Chevy Colorado right back where I found it and pick one up!

Sanderson Ford was very pleasant to do business with. There was no pressure at all. They made it clear that they would be very informative, but that they didn't seem to care if I bought a vehicle or not. They were very happy that I bought a vehicle from them, but there was. I pressure at all to buy one, which is completely different from any other dealer I've been to. I highly recommend going to Sanderson Ford if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle.
