In the past, my husband and I have had bad experiences...

In the past, my husband and I have had bad experiences with salesmen that did not listen to what our requirements were for purchasing the vehicle. We had a great experience with Ms. West. We found her to be pleasant, courtious and respectful. If we decide, in the future, to purchase another Chevrolet, we will use Ms. West again.

My experience with Sands Chevrolet has always been great, I think the staff and management are pleasant and easy to deal with, they are all well educated in their product which makes it easier for me as a consumer to make purchasing decisions which is part of the reason I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Sands, I am glad that I got to work with my salesman Bill Lohmyer on my last 2 purchases he was very nice and worked hard to get my deals done which makes me feel good about my purchases, as for the customer service manager Rhonda Tyler she was very nice and informative which made me feel good about my decisions as well. Overall this is a great place to buy a vehicle and I hope this is the only dealership I continue to buy from in the future. Sincerely, Mark E. Jones

Wow! I went into this dealership explained my credit...

Wow! I went into this dealership explained my credit history and was expecting to get a decent used car. I was amazed when Erin and her finance crew were able to get me approved for a brand new Malibu! I'm so excited to be able to start rebuilding my credit! Thank you so much Erin! You were professional and fun from start to finish! I highly recommend this dealership and Erin!

Interested in purchasing a new truck before the end of...

Interested in purchasing a new truck before the end of the year to take advantage of a write off for our business, we contacted a few different dealers on 12-27-12. Sands Chevrolet was the only one to contact us.... specifically Erin Morgan. She was so friendly and made us feel very important. Working on a short timeline to purchase, we met with Ms. Morgan 12-28-12 at around 6:30pm. Thinking that this would be a lengthy process of "bartering with a dealership" like in times past, we were pleasantly surprised that it took only a couple of hours from start to finish! Marie in the finance department was wonderful as well. We love our new truck and will definately come back to Sands Chevrolet for our future purchases. In addition, I realized I left my kids CD's in our vehicle that we traded in, and I contacted Erin to see if there was any way to retrieve them..... as the kids could not live without Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift! She immediately contacted me to say that she did get all of them and would be happy to mail them off to me! What fabulous customer service that is! We have told our friends and family what a wonderful dealership this is, and what a great experience we had!

I had a great experience with Sands Chevrolet and the especially the sales team I delt with. Luis and Laura were a great help and were very kind. If I had to recommend a place to buy a car and a great sales team it would be Sands Chevrolet and the great sales team of Luis and Laura.
