My wife says that she has never been treated batter.

My wife says that she has never been treated batter. Granted because of some presell complications it took 2 full days of her vacation to get this truck but if wife is happy then I'm happy

Best experience!

Talked to Ryan.R scheduled an appointment. When I pulled up he had all the different vehicles we discussed that I was interested in and still walked the lot. Great staff and patient. We arrived, browsed, and signed papers within 2 hrs. Not being rushed at all.

Ordered a GMC 2500 Denali early 2021, vehicle came in

Ordered a GMC 2500 Denali early 2021, vehicle came in February 2022 and I wasn't even notified. I called only to be told it had been sold. I spoke to the ordering manager and had another one ordered. The price was a few thousand higher then my original order, I was assured that I wouldn't pay anything over what my original order invoice was. 2nd order comes in and it's not priced at my original order invoice and Henry Brown wouldn't stand behind the price I was guaranteed plus added on all this additional stuff I told them I originally didn't want . Also they pulled my credit 8 times and said they never pulled it and that those must have been soft pulls, soft pulls don't show up as inquiries. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn't get a bank to finance the truck and needed to submitit to more banks. Which one is it? You never checked my credit but yet can't get a bank to accept the loan?? Needless to say I walked. So here I am over a year later and still NO TRUCK!!! So not only do they sell your orders out from under you they don't keep their word!! Avoid this dealership at all costs!!

We are sorry the truck in February did not work for you after you decided you did not want it. We are doing our best to work with you, with this new truck, and get your new purchase approved with the banks. We understand if you do not want this vehicle.

The truck in February was sold without me knowing! I never said I didn't want it. I called and was told by Dwayne the truck sold becasue he was told I didn't want it. I NEVER told him that, someone else did! You have an order contract from me and only me! You don't seem to care about making this right. You breached my order contract. Make it right!
