James Gutierrez was very easy to work with, and gave us a very "No xx" Experience, which we can greatly appreciate. We had visited another dealership earlier that day, and were very displeased at that experience and very glad we came to visit James and ultimately purchased from Henry Brown. Joe White in finance made process as painless as possible, and was very easy to work with, in setting up and finalizing the deal. Also, every salesperson on the floor was very pleasant, even as we were just walking through/around. One other thing I can really appreciate is that James wasn't the first person we talked to when we arrived, but the gentleman that greeted us was very up front that the trucks we were looking for weren't his area of expertise, so he introduced us to James. At the "other" dealership we visited, the salesman basically tried to fake his way through things, and I'm very glad that didn't happen at HB.
