The whole process was easy and very smooth. Brent was great and answered all our questions even when we went back to ask questions. First time we've ever bought the first car we looked at and felt good about it and on top of that we hadn't even planned on buying a car then. We didn't feel pressured at all. And we weren't pressured to buy anything we didn't want. Again five stars.
