The team at Henry Brown was amazing. I called Gabe out of the blue about a truck and he found me the perfect fit. Then he arranged for the truck to be sent to the dealer. I told him when I was flying in and he met me promptly at the dealer with the truck cleaned, and ready to go. The walk-thru was detailed and I felt like I purchased the perfect vehicle for my needs. The finance team was amazing and easy to work with and I felt no pressure to purchase anything I did not need. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle, and I would recommend Henry Brown and specifically Gabe to anybody I know looking for a car or truck.

The people who helped me at this dealership were kind, courteous and, ultimately, very fair. I was well treated from the beginning of the experience to the end. Gabe Harmon, my salesperson, couldn't possibly have done more to accommodate my needs or wants. He showed me how things in the car worked, went to bat for me on the price, held onto the car when I needed to wait to take it home, and had everything about it checked out, cleaned and waxed and gassed it up for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership! Who wouldn''t want an experience like that?

Absolutely 10 out of 10 experience working with Charlie, I was in and out extremely fast breaking the typical “wait all day” stereotypes at normal dealerships. Charlie was extremely attentive and got me in a brand new 2026 GMC 1500 elevation with ease. Absolutely would suggest Henry brown Buick gmc and will continue to buy my vehicles from here in the future.

My experience at Henry Brown was quite unique! One that I enjoyed and definitely. will be referring and returning when I need a vehicle down the road. I plan to keep maintaining my truck there. The customer service is great! No rushing, no games during the buying and looking process. Ranger from the sales department was welcoming when I first walked in. It was quite a warm day and I was in a rush to just look and compare to another vehicle I saw at another dealership. He took the time to answer my questions, didn't obligate me to staying to "talk numbers". He offered me water and took me to look at the vehicles I had questions about. When I left the dealership to think about it, he was polite and gave me his contact information if I had any other questions. He did answer those after I left also. When I did go back the next day, Ranger was helpful and upfront with cost and took the time to answer the same questions in comparison to another vehicle, showing patience as I was trying to make a decision. When I did and went through the purchasing process, that was painless and smooth. No games, no back and forth. They gave me a great, fair offer for my trade and the paperwork was just as smooth. Joe was upfront and went through the contract with me. To boil it down, this is the way purchasing a vehicle should be like! :-)
