Drove off the lot a very unhappy customer.
Drove off the lot a very unhappy customer. As far as smiles and handshakes things were find. Had turned down this very vehicle at another dealer. Was told over the phone we could work out the issue and make the deal. That did not happen. At the time of the purchase I ordered different wheels. They needed to be ordered. Two weeks and have not hear from the sales person or any one from Henry Brown. You have lost a repeat customer.

Never had a salesman try so hard not to sell me a vehicle. Terrible communication. Didn't listen or ask questions. Keeped changing/adding different fee's to the deal. I thought buying a car was supposed to be fun. Moved on!
