My Family has purchased 6 vehicles from Tempe kia. The service has declined to the point I will never purchase another vehicle from this establishment. The Service department has turned into a complete joke. They lie about warranty coverage, trying to get you to pay out-of-pocket when the service is covered with the warranty. They have lied numerous times about oil changes and the coverage package. They have taken away oil changes anticipating me paying. They have lied to me about things being wrong with my car when I have got an oil change and mysteriously at the next oil change the same mystery problem has vanished. Again trying to get money out of my pocket. They have lied to my Son about needing a new battery when the car was about a year and a half old. My Son went and had it checked at a different establishment and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with his battery. They preach how much they care for their customers when in reality they could care less about their customers it’s all about money. To be bold face lied to is a disgrace, and this happened numerous times now at Tempe Kia. I will never recommend them to Family or friends again and I know when it’s time for another vehicle, I will 100% not be stepping foot on Tempe Kia property. 😡

I just purchased a new 2026 Kia Carnival. Michael Grant was amazing. My entire process was handled with professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately today’s experience and they did damage to my engine. I small purr inquiry I had when I brought car in for oil change turned into constant loud knocking when I left. No shop survey sent either . I have an attorney

Marcy a service agent at Tempe Kia AUTOPLEX displayed unacceptable and deeply unprofessional interaction I had with your service department at Tempe Kia Autoplex, specifically with your representative, Marcy. I scheduled a 3:45 PM appointment today to address a vehicle recall—an issue that should be treated with urgency and professionalism given its safety implications. Instead, I received a call shortly after scheduling informing me that the recall could not be performed because it was “too late in the day.” That explanation is completely unacceptable. If your service department has no intention of honoring appointments at that time, your system should not allow them to be booked in the first place. This is a basic operational failure. When I asked for a clear answer, Marcy responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, stating that the system “isn’t smart enough.” That is not a solution—it’s an excuse. She then made irrelevant comments about technicians having families, which had nothing to do with the issue and only reinforced the lack of accountability being taken. At no point did she attempt to resolve the problem or offer a reasonable alternative. The situation escalated further when I requested to speak with a manager, identified as Scott. Instead of facilitating that request, Marcy’s behavior became even more disrespectful, and she abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Hanging up on a customer with an unresolved issue is unacceptable, unprofessional, and reflects a complete breakdown in customer service standards. Let me be clear: this entire interaction demonstrates a failure in basic professionalism, poor communication, and a disregard for customer time and safety—especially concerning a recall issue. I expect the following actions to be taken immediately: Direct follow-up from management regarding this incident A clear explanation of how this scheduling failure occurred Confirmation that appropriate corrective action is being taken with the employee involved Immediate assistance in rescheduling my recall service at a time that will be honored without issue If this matter is not addressed promptly and properly, I will have no issue escalating this further. I expect a response without delay outlining exactly how this will be resolved and what steps are being taken to ensure this does not happen again.

They are not honoring their signed agreement to provide me a part that is owed to me within the contract. They are in breach of contract. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on the used lot from Tempe Kia. As a part of the purchase, the dealer promised a part that was missing on my bumper. Purchased the Jeep 11/28, followed up at the new year they ordered the wrong part apparently. Fast forward to 2/1 still no part and no one providing me updates. What bothers me is there is absolutely no contact aside from me following up. I reached out to Will last Tuesday to let me know and I haven’t gotten an update. It’s a signed contract that needs to be upheld. Deliver the part or let me know what is going on at least. Not a good first impression on the service/parts/after sale side. Researching legal routes at this point

SuperStars at Tempe Kia, Rodney, Ryan, Jeramie(J), Chuck. Team USA Paralympian had the experience of a Lifetime. I’ve traveled the world as a professional cyclist, and won gold, so I’m an expert when it comes to working with the best. Tempe Kia is the best. Their attention to detail, their compassion and concern for me as an individual was exceptional. Needing a special vehicle for my specific situation was their priority, and their ability to make sure I got exactly what I needed proves they are only concerned with one thing, perfection. Tempe Kia is the Gold Medalist in Arizona. I will race and win because of them.

Great experience, which is usually difficult to say about car dealerships! Very helpful and transparent, low pressure and very knowledgeable of the features of the vehicles. Even finance was great - and that's a feat in itself. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.
