0 STARS! I can't believe i wasted my time and money here! The financial person Steve was a total xxx to my husband and me! He not only didn't really help he rushed us after we waited for close to an hour because another couple was behind us. My new! and i do mean NEW less then a month old car's tire popped and they charged me for a new one! Its a brand new car xxx! I recommend going elsewhere and save your time and money!

The dealership has earned my trust. I usually go in for oil change, but recently I went in to change my battery out. Noel?/Nolan? (I apologize for not remembering the name correctly) is great to work with. He is very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The entire team there is just wonderful compared to other Kia dealerships I have received service from. I am always well taken care of when I go to Tempe Kia. I will not take my car anywhere else.
