Went to service department and was blown away by the customer service people there on a Saturday. From the time we pulled up our truck, to the time the service advisor came out was quick, detailed and helpful. Another great thing was how they updated everything on their website and we were in & out in 45 minutes.

Our sales man ensured we were talking care of during the whole buying process. He had our new corvette ready for us to pickup & went over some items we needed to know like onstar login .

The service department is very easy to navigate and get in and out of. The customer service was attentive, quick and very cordial as this is always the norm. I highly recommend this dealership for service as it's top notch!

We had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in (right before closing on a Friday night), the team was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than pressuring me. Jessica, Flo, Moe and Rory - individually and collectively. They took the time to listen to my needs, answered every question and made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. It was clear they cared about creating a positive experience, not just making a sale. We drove away feeling supported, valued, and excited, which is rare when leaving a dealership! Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had! We came from N. Mesa, and it was worth every minute of the drive.

We were looking for a specific 2026 Tahoe. There were 2 similar vehicles at 2 different dealerships in the valley. But they were on the other side of town from us. We contacted both dealerships and they provided us with information. We decided to go to Earnhardt Chevrolet first. We started the process with Dave Wright. He was scheduled for some time off, so he contacted us and let us know that Ezra would be meeting with us when we came to visit and look at a new Tahoe. We went to Earnhardt Chevrolet and met Ezra. The Tahoe was ready for us when we arrived. As I was talking with Ezra, my wife walked around the vehicle and noticed some damage on the passenger door. We discussed it with Ezra, and we decided to hold off. We went to another Chevrolet dealership, and we found out how a customer should NOT be treated. So, the next day, a Sunday, we called Earnhardt Chevrolet back, but Ezra was not working. So, we talked with Jeremy. He was able to make the numbers work and checked on getting the damage repaired. We were contacted on Monday, and the Tahoe was scheduled for repair. On Tuesday, Dave Wright called us and said that the Tahoe was repaired and that he would put it inside the sales bay for us to come and purchase. Since Thursday was the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were working that day, we made arrangements to come back Friday. As Dave said, the Tahoe was waiting inside all nice and shiny! We drove it and decided to go forward with the purchase. Dave walked us through the paperwork and then we met with Tyler in finance. Tyler took us the rest of the way and got all of the paperwork finished up. And then we loaded up and headed home. The 2026 Tahoe is amazing! After all was said and done, we drove around 60 miles each way twice to purchase the Tahoe. The Earnhardt folks were great to deal with!! They functioned as a team and made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. Our vehicle was all cleaned up and fueled up for us to drive home. It was a very nice touch for them to have the vehicle fueled up! We didn't have to worry about finding a gas station before leaving the area and heading home. We are definitely recommending the Earnhardt Chevrolet folks when we hear of somebody looking for a Chevrolet !!
