Easy experience. Truck was clean, salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was very little pressure. The process of signing papers was efficient. I would buy here again.

Amazing customer service! Easy to reach service department, spoke to Jennifer who got me scheduled right away, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle as it moved through the system. Warranty work was done without issue, and non warranty repairs were actually a little less expensive than quoted. Thank you!

George is GREAT to work with.
George is GREAT to work with. He was there to answer my questions on Saturday and assist in the process of having our truck towed to the shop. It was in the shop for less than two days and both days George took my calls and answered all my questions. I could not ask for better service.

They didn’t replace my lugs after rotating my tires and
They didn’t replace my lugs after rotating my tires and the tire and wheel flew off and wrecked my nearly new Yukon XL, it had 8000 miles on it and not a scratch. Now it’s wrecked. Luckily knowone was killed.

Clean and professional. They did a good shakedown of my vehicle. My bill came to over $2000.00 and I just wish they would have washed my truck before returning it to me

Took my truck in for routine service.
Took my truck in for routine service. Had a medical emergency while waiting. Staff acted calmly and very professional. After being in the hospital for three days they sent the shuttle out of their service area to pick me up. Have always had great service from this company. Thank you!
