Tremendous staff throughout the facility.

I did not have an appointment but they took me right in and had the problem resolved very quickly. They make every effort to satisfy the customers. Very friendly amd helpful staff in the service area - in all areas for that matter.

Great overall

Oil change and tire rotation. Lobby/lounge area was clean & spacious. Fresh coffee in lobby was great on a cold morning! We appreciate your Saturday hours and friendly people!

extremely friendly and courteous

I am discouraged that I am not able to register the car from my name to my trust since it takes sooooo long to get the title. I would hope that this process could be streamlined. I am personally liable should I have an accident and my extensive personal assets could be in jepordy until the vehicle is registered in the name of the trust.

Awesome customer service and extremely satisfied.

I would like to express how happy and satisfied I am with the customer service that I received from my salesman Todd Fessenden and sales manager John Salazar. John made sure that financially I was where I wanted and needed to be. I did not feel at all that I was being taking advantage of like I have experienced in the past. He worked face to face with us to come up with a deal. I am extremely happy and I have never been treated better when purchasing a car. I will definitely be returning for any future purchases. Thank you!

The dealership and the salesman were very professional....

The dealership and the salesman were very professional. He Nathan) was helpful in showing us the different makes and models. He also went over the options we received with the car we bought and explained how to use them.

This was the 2nd car I've bought from Thoroughbred!...

This was the 2nd car I've bought from Thoroughbred! The salesman was so helpful and explained every feature to me. He even said i could call if I had questions after I bought it. Which I have. Other employees would even come up and ask if I needed anything during the waiting times. No high pressure sales either! I don't think I'd buy a car anywhere else.

I bargained for a good price on the Chevrolet 2500...

I bargained for a good price on the Chevrolet 2500 Siverado truck with great accessories. Nathan was a friendly salesman and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Thorobred Chevrolet to my family and friends. Thorobred doesn't have those hidden dearlership prices....like nitro air in tires, tint and other add equipment to raise price another grand.

Excellent customer service

Charlie has been our service advisor for several years since our move from Texas. He was always honest and responded immediately whenever we needed assistance. We will miss that kind of service. Big shoes to fill since he is retiring.

Low pressure sales for a new car.

Our sales rep, Greg deLannoy, was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, and not ?high pressure? at all. He was helpful at assisting me in making the right decision for me and my wife. He followed up every step of the way to make sure we didn?t have any questions unanswered. We?re confident we made the right choice in choosing the right car for us (Equinox). We would defiantly go back to Greg and Thorobred Chevrolet!

Wonderful Service

My experience with the service dept.is nothing but positive . Everyone is very friendly, helpful, polite and informing. Informing in as much as keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle during the time I am there. Love Thorobred.....
