Earnhardt’s is the best dealership in regards to experience, service, knowledge, inventory. I have purchased three cars, my first car, family car, and now the newest car. I will continue to purchase vehicles from here and so will my husband. We really appreciate the service that was given to us right from the beginning. I feel like it’s hard to go anywhere and get decent service. Earnharts will exceed it so get prepared.

Went to service department and was blown away by the customer service people there on a Saturday. From the time we pulled up our truck, to the time the service advisor came out was quick, detailed and helpful. Another great thing was how they updated everything on their website and we were in & out in 45 minutes.

We had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in (right before closing on a Friday night), the team was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than pressuring me. Jessica, Flo, Moe and Rory - individually and collectively. They took the time to listen to my needs, answered every question and made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. It was clear they cared about creating a positive experience, not just making a sale. We drove away feeling supported, valued, and excited, which is rare when leaving a dealership! Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had! We came from N. Mesa, and it was worth every minute of the drive.
