Stay away from this horrible dealership. Perhaps The worst service department anywhere in phoenix metro if not the entire state!!(according to AI conclusion). The service was never performed on my vehicle while I was waiting. The service advisor has never!!! Informed me that while waiting. This dealership is a bad joke. Go elsewhere or you’ll Be sorry.

I appreciate your response but I’m not sure you understand what had happened here. So hear me out again loud and clear….: “ after one hour waiting , they moved my vehicle inside the shop, never!!!!! Done anything to it, and then dumped it back on the parking lot. I was never ever!!!! Informed about it and was waiting forever like an idiot. “ all this done maliciously and if not..then how in the world can you justify it????

My daughter and I came into Yates because we had bought
My daughter and I came into Yates because we had bought her last vehicle there. We were approached by a Sales Associate named Laurie Barnes. At first she came across as pleasant but then her entire attitude changed when my daughter told Laurie there was nothing in the used vehicle section that she liked. She kept telling my daughter to " just buy a brand new one then". We explained it was out of our budget and thank you for the suggestion but explained that we could not afford the payment. Laurie actually said " don't be lazy just get another job"! Not sure if she was joking but I don't think so by the tone in her voice. Then she said the "Sale" was only going on that day and we could not get a good deal any other day if we did not buy something right then. My daughter liked a used SUV and Laurie told us another Salesman had an appointment on it in a few hours and that they were planning on purchasing it so if we liked it that we had better go inside and crunch some numbers? I felt like she was being dishonest so we of coarse left extremely offended! I called back a few hours later to Yates Sales department and found out there was no "Big Sale" that day and that nobody had an appointment or was even coming in to look at that used SUV my daughter had liked! My daughter was shocked they even let Laurie Barnes work there doing stuff like that? I will never buy another car at Yates nor will any of my friends, family, or coworkers because of what Laurie said and how she treated us! My daughter is really upset also and said she is going to write her own reviews as well about Laurie.

Actually not a bad place to buy a car. I mean, it’s still a car dealership and the usual shenanigans apply, but they will negotiate, and they’re civil and professional. And they give you top for your trade, as I’ve shopped 4 other dealers, they were the best by thousands. Management does a good job too. Frank in particular is a good TO guy. All in all, if they have the car you want, buy from them. You probably won’t do better anywhere else

Do not buy from this dealership they don't escalate
Do not buy from this dealership they don't escalate anything they got the top people named Yates you never talk to gave them a one but I never spoken to him... their service department is subpar especially Chris Brown service tech never had good service or work done early nothing like that and my truck needs a valve body it's been out for over 3 months and it's been at the dealership 2 weeks after they found the part after 90 days we bought five vehicles from GM Yates in the last two and a half years but I will never buy another GM again they're great when they run but you have to get them recalled service no parts it's just a no-brainer to go somewhere else

I appreciate my oil change however I asked for all my
I appreciate my oil change however I asked for all my fluids to be topped off. They were not. It was put into the paperwork that I was told that my washer fluid was only topped off. That was not the case. The next day or two I?m completely out of coolant. You wanted my experience and I feel if you guys couldn?t do that, you should have said something. Not lie and not inform the customer by any means their coolant was low. Very disappointing and shows lack of attention to detail and safety of a person(s) on premises.

My lease was up on a few months and this particular morning when I was driving to work there was a loud grinding noise coming from under my truck. So, I called Ashley in service and told her I would be bringing my truck in this afternoon. As always she greeted me with a big smile. When I explained the issue and about my lease being up soon, she introduced me to Adrian. From that moment he had everything under control. He asked me what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He spoke to a service writer, came out with numbers I was happy with, showed me a truck I asked for and the deal was done! Adrian went above and beyond. from the storage boxes under the rear seats to the safe in the center console. He even cut off my trailer hitch lock on Saturday for me. I Adrian and Ashley a 10+!!! GREAT JOB!

It all centers around Trudy, my salesperson . She was persistent and didn?t give up on the sale. I didn?t think we were going to buy from Yates even though the Yukon XL was our favorite of the Suburban and Expedition Max. Trudy really kept coming at us trying to make it work . Finally for me , it was Saturday when she sent me videos and said ? This is the one you drove. I know you and your wife liked it . It is here for you . Let?s make a deal!? Even later in the day on Saturday , I had already test driven another Expedition and Suburban with a diesel . I was not planing on stopping back at Yates but I was driving by on I10 and thought of Trudy?s videos she sent me. .I said , why not , she tried , let?s see. Even after I made a decision on the Chevy Suburban , ( only because it had a diesel ) but the Yukon XL was my favorite and Trudy was the most personable and persistent . Honestly , I was not the happiest with the numbers, everyone else gave me a little more for my trade BUT I liked your Yukon XL the most and we bought it . Also , it has to do with the Trudy being persistent . Even at the dealership getting ready to buy , I was having second thoughts and Trudy sat with me , and we talked while I waited . I almost walked out before the paperwork was ready . . But i really loved the Yukon XL. It had so many features I liked compared to the Suburban and Expedition. So Trudy?s customer service and I really liked the Yukon XL were my reason for sticking to it . Thank you Trudy . In addition , thank you Ramon , the fiance guy, he was patient in signing the paperwork . We were waiting for my wife who was on duty with the Fire Department. Another thing Trudy did right !! There was some issues with my wife at work and trying to sign the paperwork . Liability with me taking the Yukon XL home . Trudy was doing everything she could so i could take it home that night . Again , thank you Trudy !!
