They charge extra for credit card payments.

They charge extra for credit card payments. They put wrong oil change sticker on my car windshield and they did not take complaints seriously. Definitely not to buy from that dealership

I bought my first Toyota at Camelback Toyota.

I bought my first Toyota at Camelback Toyota. My family has bought several cars from this dealership. We bring our cars there for service. Lately I feel you are not looking out for the customer. Especially adding the 3% fee if using a credit card. That cost should NOT be placed on your customer. Also I feel there is a big push for your advisors to push additional services. My trust for this dealership has started to waiver. I still want the work on my vehicle to be done by a certified Toyota technician but it makes it difficult to continue. Thank you for listening.
