I had a very disappointing experience with this
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and feel it’s worth sharing. A new sales team member, Luis, showed me a truck and told me the dealership owned it, explaining that it was currently at another lot and would be brought to their location the next day. Based on that representation, we set an appointment for me to come view the vehicle. When I arrived, the truck was not there. Instead, the focus immediately shifted to appraising my vehicle. I repeatedly asked to see the truck I had come for, and only after continued questioning was I told by the sales manager, Bret, that the truck was not at the dealership. Although I was frustrated, I remained calm. After further discussion, I was then told that the dealership did not actually own the truck and that the only way they would show it to me was if I “signed papers” first. At that point, I chose to leave. After a couple of minutes, I returned—still polite and calm—to ask the sales manager for his name. In front of more than 20 sales staff, he responded, “I don’t have to tell you my name. I’m having a sales meeting right now—please get out of the building.” I left without incident and am now writing this review in the hope that it helps others avoid a similar experience.
