I think what both Luis and Travis the F&I person can
I think what both Luis and Travis the F&I person can improve on is communication. I was offered a good deal but after that - I felt ignored. There were discrepancies in what I was told and why the paperwork reflected. Overall I’m happy with my new truck but truth be told - had they communicated better I would have purchased the extended warranty as well as more accessories.
