Don't Go to Blossom Chevrolet

I was referred to Blossom Chevrolet by my attorney after my bankruptcy to get a fresh start. I was told the people there would treat me right. I applied for financing which went fine the person was very helpful. However, I was reassured they would find me a low mileage car which would be right for me. I ended up with a car they apparently hadn't been able to sell because it had almost 93,000 miles on it. I was concerned because it sat so low to the ground, it’s a sporty car, that I would have trouble getting in and out as I am a senior citizen with knee problems. I took the car for a test drive, and it idled rough which I voiced my concern about. I was ignored. I purchased the car as this was my only option that they gave me and I needed a car right away. The check engine light went on the next day. When I called and advised the salesperson about this all they said was I bought it “as is” and I would have to bring it into the service department. In the time I have owned this car (45 days) I have put over $300.00 in this car, 2 of which were oxygen sensors (which on the Carfax Blossom gave me stated they had just replaced an oxygen sensor just before I purchased it which was a lie because the mechanic I took my car to said it had a lot of carbon on it and was not new). If this is how they treat their customers when they are going through a rough time, I would NEVER give them my business when things get better, which they will. I would not recommend Blossom Chevrolet to anyone especially if you are trying to get a new start.

Buying elsewhere!

I experienced the most disappointing attempt at purchasing a vehicle with Blossom. I placed a deposit on a vehicle only to have the price drastically change when the vehicle arrived 4 weeks later. Finance manager was extremely disrespectful about the situation and the dealership manager offered no assistance to make the situation right. I would encourage you to shop elsewhere for your next vehicle as I will be doing the same.

My mother vehicle was in there on 9/10 for 02...

My mother vehicle was in there on 9/10 for 02 sensor...she picked up vehicle on 9/15. She called me this morning to tell me her check engine light is on and that they have stated they can't see her until mid-week and can't provide her loaner transportation. This is unacceptable to mistreat elderly customers as such. I have left 2 messages for Brian Seifert and no response.

What can I say.. if you make an appointment that’s not a guarantee your car will be scene at that time The appointment is so you get a place in line.. car has 8100 miles on it and it’s eating oil like crazy before and after oil changes performed by blossom.. so I made an appointment cause this isn’t good for the engine etc. had the car for 8 hours never looked at it.. picked it up at close to bring it back the next day.. had it for 6 hours and I call to check status and once again they didn’t get to it and would need it a third day.. this is where I got angry and asked for a service Mgr. Not only did I not get to speak with one but the technician said he spoke with a “sales Mgr”?!?!? And decided they could “fit me in” prior to that I told them a oil consumption test takes less than 20 mins and now all the sudden a Mgr not even in service can fit me in?! Then when I call after 5 knowing they close at 6 they literally lie and said my phone went straight to vm and per the paperwork it’s noted my vm was full. Never in my life of having a cell phone has my vm been full so clearly they can’t dial the right number or they just got caught in a lie…… Needless to say I’ve left a message for Luis and picked my car up with no info on the paperwork saying what came of the oil consumption test was just told to continually bring it back in every 500 miles to let them check my oil.. considering it took 2 days to get them to do nothing how long with those 500 miles tests go.. guaranteed if this engine blows I’ll be suing the xxxx out of your incompetent xxxxx.. I’d give zero stars if I could. Clearly warranty work plays second fiddle to work customers (if you even call us that) that actually fork out money.. not only will I never buy from blossom again I’m pretty much finished with gm alltogether.. after reading the 1/5 star review on the bbb website I’m confused as to how you could have a A+ rating. Probably bought them off.

Well it’s been another two weeks and still no word from...

Well it’s been another two weeks and still no word from anyone in the body shop regarding me having to bring my car back for the fifth or sixth time to be fixed correctly. I’m still waiting on Lori to call and have my reimbursement check for the $1000.00 worth of rental cars I’ve paid for each time they did nothing to my car and forgot to put parts on they told me. They was paid by my insurance and myself for work they never completed. Stay away from here if you want something fixed go someplace else

Fast, friendly and very helpful. Only took a few minutes to be approved after not hearing anything for 5 days now from the first dealer. Liz was awesome to work with.

Oil change

Took almost 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment still took most of my Friday afternoon. Was not happy about that
