Penske oil change and new spark plugs

Nice except my oil change wasn?t reset on the computer. It came on just a few days later and I had to use a YouTube video to reset it myself.

Penske Chevrolet is dishonest!

I agreed to a price and put a $2000 deposit on a new incoming truck a month ago. When the truck arrived they stated that they would not sell the truck for the previously agreed upon price. They had another buyer that they could price gouge, so they refused to honor my deal. Penske Chevrolet is a dishonest dealership that will absolutely, 100% scam you if you let them. Roger Penske should be ashamed to have his name on this place.

I contacted Penske Chevrolet in Indianapolis to buy a new

I contacted Penske Chevrolet in Indianapolis to buy a new Chevy Silverado 2500 they had coming in. Cameron, my sales person, was responsive and friendly. However, he told me his management refused to sell me the truck, even for their full asking price, because I live out of state and didn't have a trade they could make even more money on. I guess they only sell cars to people that not only buy the car for full price, as I agreed to, but also provide them additional profit streams. That is a new first for me, a car dealer refusing to sell me a truck a full asking price because I wasn't spoon feeding additional profit to them. They think because it is out of state people they treat this way, that it won't haunt them, but my family lives in Indianapolis and they have promised not to give their business to Penske and they have already told their friends the story on Facebook with expected results. People already don't trust dealers, shady stuff like this just fuels that stereotype. Max Profit first, customer last.

Max profit first, customer last

Keith McBride Review

I had an appointment for 8am. I had set it up over 2 weeks ago. When I drove in, no one greeted me. Everyone stayed at their desk and I had to approach the person behind one of the desk. My even though I had an appointment for 8am my vehicle did not get looked at till 9am. Why set an appointment if you can't meet the time that is requested?
