I purchased a new 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid Platinum AWD from Diana Bell at Don Hinds Ford. She offered excellent service and was very patient in helping me choose from the various model options. There are several reasons why I chose this Ford dealership. They gave excellent service to a previously owned Ford Cmax PHEV of mine for over nine years. They provide free shuttle service and their hybrid technology is one of the better to be found today. With the Escape Hybrid AWD gas mileage estimated at 42 mpg city and 37 mpg hwy this vehicle should be my choice of gasoline powered vehicles until EV technology has improved considerably.

I'm always pleased whenever I go here. The servicemen get pretty busy, but honestly they try to get to you asap. Prices are pretty good for a dealer and timing Is reasonable.

I couldn't locate what I wanted in Ft Wayne, so I looked in Indy and found my truck. The sales guy and I had great communication on my needs. I was able to negotiate on the price a little and then made the Purchase.

Dustin did an outstanding job When I came to pick it up all of the work preformed was extended warranty One small problem was when I left the lot and on my way home the driver side rear wheel fell off Apparently some one forgot to put the locking lug and remaining lug nuts back on the wheel I was able to drive it slowly off the main road to a parking lot and Dustin had it towed Back to the service bay Was chaotic to say the least driving on only the brake drum After all of the repairs I was notified it was completed and Dustin had it delivered to my home it seems to be working fine at this time but I have not had a chance to to drive it on the highway at highway speeds Dustin has been very responsive and wants to make sure everything is functional

Have had good success with service dept and my service advisor Scott Krouse does an excellent job taking care of me
