Looked at the car and drove it.

Looked at the car and drove it. Really loved the car. Made an offer and the salesman said no. That was it. We left and half way home they countered by text. Mind you I live 2.5 hours from there so definitely not turning around to counteroffer. Not the way I would do business. I would go somewhere else.

Picked up my new X5 M60 this week and couldn't be more

Picked up my new X5 M60 this week and couldn't be more thrilled about the car but the ordering, purchasing and delivery processes were smooth and easy. Best experience ever! Tom and Jim went above and beyond to ensure that I would never go anywhere else for my BMW! Tony from service even heard me in the showroom and came around to say hello. Words could never express how awesome my experience was

Words could never express how awesome my experience was with Tom Madlem when buying my new (and now beloved) BMW M340i. He was an absolute pleasure and made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable that I opted to have my car sent to this dealership and drive an extra 6 hours roundtrip just to give him the commission! I highly recommend Tom, and Dreyer & Reinbold of Greenwood as a whole!

Our experiences at Dreyer & Reinbold BMW South have always been excellent (we previously purchased an X5 there 10 years ago and had it serviced there). But the assistance we received from Tom Madlem during our recent purchase of a new X5 was next-level exceptional. Tom carefully guided us through the latest options. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered our questions during our decisions. Tom Madlem from BMW South was absolutely incredible! Very professional and went above and beyond with excellent customer service.
