Drove all the way from Chicago to buy my new Truck.

Drove all the way from Chicago to buy my new Truck. They had a better selection then anyone else did by me and i saved $8000 on the price. Definately my first choice on all future purchases

I love Infiniti vehicles but will never go to Dreyer

I love Infiniti vehicles but will never go to Dreyer and Reinbold again. My husband and I have been loyal customers in their service department for over 20 years and have purchased vehicles from them in the past but not recently because we found better deals out of state. The first time I purchased a car from them the sales person saw a little hesitation and accused me of not being able to afford this type of vehicle. The second time we considered buying from them the sales person told us that they wouldn’t service our car if we didn’t buy it from D and R. Today, we went in looking to test drive a QX 50 and was told they would not let us test drive a car there because we buy out of state. I could not believe it! Dreyer and Reinbold- you are rude and ridiculous and we will never come service or buy a car from you again ! If you want to be competitive, then offer competitive pricing. Don’t be rude to loyal service customers that are smart enough to cost compare and realize they can get a better deal in Illinois or Ohio! You have lost a customer forever. Be smart and stay away from Dreyer and Reinbold. You will be treated better somewhere else and get a better price

I love Infiniti vehicles but will never go to Dreyer and Reinbold again. Lack of service department

This dealership used to be great however the service department is really hurting its reputation. Over the past year I have now had 3 separate issues or should I say 4. 1. I was charged for a tire ration and then they recommended new tires. Unfortunately they still charged her a tire rotation despite new tires. 2. We had a battery issue. Took the vehicle in for inspection and they basically blew off my wife that everything was fine. Well about a month later after returning from a flight our car wouldn’t start. Had to have it towed up to dreyer and had to replace battery. No apology for basically blowing off my wife and costing me an entire day of dealing with their F up 3. This is this issue that takes the cake. I brought my car in for service and during inspection noted the rear and front washer lines were reversed (which they incompetently did during a prior servicing). They attempted to repair this but destroyed the pump. They did actually offer to repair on them however it’s what happened with the loaner that really upsets me 4. My wife was driving the loaner and unfortunately had a tire that sustained road damage. She was unable to drive more than a few miles. She had to leave it as a gas station. I notified the dealership next day about the issue next day and they were able to retrieve car. They charged my 553 dollars to replace the tire stating it was out fault the tire was damaged. This issue never would have happened if the pump issue never occurred. Additionally I noted that said loaner car was several thousand miles overdue fir service itself so there is no way no prove the tire wasn’t previously damaged Be very wary of service department. We have been loyal customers for 16 years and when we pointed this out they basically acted like we owed them something because “they have taken such gear care of us”.

I believe they attempted to defraud me of $10,0000

I believe that the service department attempted to defraud me. I had my vehicle inspected there and they told me that I needed a $10,000 repair as my rear sub-frame was rusted with holes in certain sections, and that I should not drive it off the lot it was so unsafe. We disregarded that advice, took the car to two other service centers - on Nissan and one Infiniti, and we told that there were no holes in the rear sub-frame, and that the vehicle only had minor rust (normal wear) and was perfectly fine. I believe that this dealer attempted to defraud me of $10,000. I do not recommend that anyone trust this service dept.
