Todd Thurston - your friend, your full service car salesman!

We were looking for a first car for our oldest son and called Todd who immediately helped us look at several options etc. Once we selected the vehicle, the rest was smooth sailing...Todd is a good friend and a good car salesman...he is in it to create a great customer experience whether he sells a car or not...he is about relationships, not pushing volume... absolutely fantastic!

Brian was very helpful. Committed to making sure i found exactly what I wanted. He listened to everything I said and made it easy to buy a new car. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else after speaking with him.

Mostly thrilled

We went to Hare based on the inventory of Traverses that showed on the website. We were greeted pleasantly by Jon U, who walked us through the process with ease. We had our three foster children with us, and he took the time to learn their names (and used them!). Having a closed in play area for the kids was very helpful, especially because of the amount of time we were there. Should we decide to buy another car later, we'll definitely look for Jon. We arrived at 5:45 for an appointment set up following our pre-approval, had the Traverse picked out, the paperwork ready to go, and then spent close to an hour waiting our turn to sign the forms. That was the roughest part of the process - the waiting. At first I thought that since it was approaching closing time, there weren't as many loan officers; however, then I realized that when we started the process, it was well before close. We finally walked out at 9 pm, with a new car, but three very tired children.

Simply The Best

This was the 5th new vehicle I have purchased at Hare and the reason why is simply because they are a dealership I trust and one where you are regarded as the primary reason they do what they do daily. Wayne Gainey has been my contact for years and he is without equal in terms of his ability to match you with the vehicle that fits your needs. He places your needs above those of the traditional sales quota. When Wayne tells me its the best deal he can do I believe him and appreciate his honesty. I have dealt directly with the owners of the dealership and have found them not only to be approachable but genuine as well.

My experience

I had never bought a car from Hare before. I went in nervous because I was making my first bIg purchase alone and since I am a woman and young at that walking in to a dealership alone. I did not want to be talked in to a car that was not worth my time and Money. I was referred over to Reneau that from the moment I sat down made me feel that he would look out for my best interest. I was able to show him the cars that I had been looking at online, gave him my price, the mileage range I wanted to stay in and to make sure I had a good warrenty. Reneau did not try to talk me up on what I was willing to spend and took me stright to the cars that would have work best for me. He took the time to explain any questions I had and also took the time to allow my father to get there and come in with his questions also. I appreciate the time he took with me to make sure I would feel comfortable with the choice I made and the price I paid, especially since he did all this on his day off. I would recommend Hare Chevorlet and Reneau to anyone I know that is in the market for a New car. Thanks again Courtni G.

Top Notch Service

The service dept is on top of their game! Knew what my car needed based upon the type of car that I own. Took care of it as if it were their own. I came in for a trouble code and the code was cleared and diagnostics ran and everything checked OK. I also wanted an oil change and tires checked and I forgot to tell them I wanted Mobil1 Full Synthetic oil. When I went back they told me it was without question, that this was the type of oil they always use for the high performance my car demands. I was very satisfied with the service and know that I don't have to worry about a sub par oil blend being put into my car. My tires were check and refilled with nitrogen gas and everything was on point and my car returned to me as clean as it was when I gave it to them. Very impressed with the Hare service department and I always have been since my first purchase back in December of 2009 and it continues with my second purchase. I made my Saturday appointment during the week leading up to it and they got me in right a 8a and out within hour. Fast service, comfortable wait area and everyone well taken care of.

Review for Salesman Dustin Hoalt

Love the car, the salesperson was friendly, and the process was easy! Only thing I don't like is that my husband is on the loan for the car, it's my car and all the emails and correspondence are addressed to him. (Since it's my car I would like to be addressed on any correspondence). Absolutely love the car though!!

Service Satisfaction

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the service, the personnel, the cleanliness of the service department. and the efficiency and kindness of everyone I talked to. I was so pleased that they have a shuttle service. That was important to me.
