The dealership and it's employees have been great at trying to find the issue I complain about, but it must just be the way the transmission works on these vehicles. I just think the throttle response is terrible. I've had to pull out in traffic at times and the truck will decide to lug along so I have to floor it. sometime when I take off it starts going then upshifts really fast then lugs along - Hesitation/Lurching: A common complaint is a momentary delay when accelerating from a stop, followed by a sudden jump or "lurch" forward. - Low RPM Lugging: The transmission tends to upshift early to keep RPMs low, which can result in a "lugging" sensation on inclines, requiring heavy throttle input.

I took 1 hour and 50 minutes for an oil change. Apparently they ran out of oil filters. I would think that filters would be a stocked part.
