Like any car buying/trading experience you would be a fool to not do some homework/research as to what you would like to purchase--or conduct some research on KBB about your trade-in value and fair purchase price of your new car. Ultimately don't be afraid to walk-away from a deal unless you are 100% certain that you are ready. Saying that, I was already aware of what I wanted--it just so happened this dealership had it. My clear communication/intentions with my sales person were instrumental making the deal run smooth. My salesperson (Jack) listened to my unique situation; invested time into what I wanted for my trade, where I needed to be for a price point and awaiting my arrival to the dealership. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left; I was greeted and treated with respect and value. It felt more like a friend was selling me his car than a dealership--this Indianapolis Nissan Dealership not only stay late to make the deal work but gave me a loaner car for a couple hours as I had a meeting to attend. Great Service! I would shop/purchase a car/truck here again. Pleasurable experience.

Terrible Experience
Dishonest Company. Sold me a used car. Ride was rough on the test drive. Told me the struts were bad. I said ok I can replace that. I replaced them did not fix the problem. The rear passenger suspension was not attached to the frame. I understand the car was as is. Took the car back to see if they could work with me. I wanted to trade back buy something else etc. The answer from HUBLER we can give u $500 trade in.

Used Cadillac purchase.
I bought a used Cadillac from Jack Hutava, he was very knowledgeable and straight forward. Working with Jack and his Sales Manager Jeremy was not typical. They were very helpful and they followed through on everything agreed upon. I would recommend working with Jack and Jeremy for your next car purchase.

Easy Experience
We were looking for a safe and reliable used car that we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for. With twins at home, we didn't want a huge car payment. Zac Carver was "our car guy". We are well pleased with the SUV we purchased, and with the service he provided. He was very helpful, not pushy, and didn't try the pricing games that we've experienced with other dealerships. We told him the maximum amount we were willing to spend, and Zac showed us his pick on the lot. It was a winner in our books as well! Car is very clean, in great shape and looks sharp. Car Fax and Kelly Blue Book referenced easily on site. Vehicle fairly priced. PS-The kids were with us and he was great with them as well. Great experience!

Wonderful Experience
My brother referred me to Hubler Nissan after buying a new Maxima in 2018. I just bought my 1st New Vehicle at Hubler Nissan too after looking several other places. I was treated like family the moment I pulled up. My salesman Tommy Phelan greeted me immediately. He asked the right questions with no pressure on me. He listened to my answers about what I was looking for & what I could afford. Very professional & polite. Tommy suggested the Nissan Kicks & it was a perfect fit plus it's a cool car & fun to drive! I never expected to find the right vehicle that day. Especially not the 1st car he showed me but I did thanks to a knowledgeable & attentive salesperson! I love my Mini SUV! I'm grateful for being treated so well. They do what they say & are always there to happily answer my questions even after my purchase. I also loved the 10 Warranty on Trans & Eng! Amazing deal! That says they believe in the quality of their vehicles in my opinion! They also offer Veterans discount which really benefits my family! They even have great coffee & comfortable area with a huge TV my elderly mother could sit & relax while I did paperwork. Cheryle was very kind & took her time explaining my Warranty & Purchase very well. I left with all of my questions answered & zero doubts. Very important to me! Stephen took his time throughout the car buying experience. He showed me my options on new vs leasing. He also took his time showing me all the new details of the Rogue. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

I went in looking to trade in my car. Even though it was not the best option for me, Stephen explained options I could take to not be upside down. Even though I did not come out with a new car, I still got great advice. When I am able to trade my car in, Stephen is who I will come see!
