Best Dealership by Far!

I'm a returning customer at O'Brien Toyota and have purchased several vehicles... what keeps me coming back is their commitment to customer service and customer loyalty! Miranda provides a knowledgeable, friendly and supportive sales experience (I've called her so many times to talk through various ideas/options and she offers great counsel, gets me the info I need promptly, and always follows up; Kyle does his utmost to provide you the best deal possible; and Derek always happy and engaging welcomes you to complete the financing details and paperwork. Excellent service

I was out shopping for my very first car titled to myself and I decided to go with a Scion im which I love! Miranda Beatty greeted me and she was very helpful in helping me pick the best car for me. She could really relate because she was young and knew so much about scion. She helped me get low monthly payments that no other dealer could. The whole team I worked with were understanding and easy to talk to.

Always a pleasant experience

We have purchased three vehicles from O'Brien Toyota Scion over the past 15 years. Exceptional Experience

The car buying experience at O'Brien Toyota was unlike any I have experienced before. Frank Haynes went above and beyond to make sure it was a pleasant and smooth process. I have bought many cars from various dealerships since 1977. I believe I have found a home for buying any future vehicle. Third time was a charm (just like #1 and #2)

This is our 3rd van with O'BrienToyota on Shadeland Avenue. We leased an '05 Sienna, and then purchased an '08 Sienna and 125k miles later, we traded it in and bought a 2015 XLE. We have loved driving Sienna's, but especially love the courteous, kind and considerate sales and finance teams at O'Brien. Unlike other car purchasing experiences I have had on my own and jointly with my wife, O'Brien Toyota gets what it's like to make a purchase and takes that into consideration with their approach to their customers.

Happy experience

I have been a customer of O'Brien Toyota for 15+ years and just purchased a new Toyota. The salesperson, Mike was very helpful supplying me with needed information and was patient while I shopped at other dealers. At O'Brien I got the car I wanted at a good price and was very pleased with the experience. The service department has always been helpful and did a great job maintaining my previous Toyota.

New car

I had a 2013 Prius, which I loved. On December 18, 2015, some guy ran a red light and broadsided my car, which totaled it. The day after Christmas, I went to the showroom and found a new Prius quickly. Jerrod, the salesman, was very helpful. The fellow in the finance department was also very helpful. The biggest glitch was that I had a lock on my credit and had to go home to release that so they could pull my credit report. Actually, this car will be even better than my last one because I decided to have a remote start installed. I think that will be very helpful this winter. I would definitely recommend O'Brien Toyota Scion. This is the third car I have bought there. My husband and daughter have also bought cars from them.
