Excellent service!
Excellent service! I had an appointment but I arrived early. My service technician was able to fit my car in, I was in and out in a little over an hour. Dakota was prompt and courteous. Tom Wood Lexus is top notch!

Love our Lexus but service costs have gotten ridiculous!
Love our Lexus but service costs have gotten ridiculous!!! We were charged $9.00 over MSRP on an air filter. Not much but enough to stop us from using the service department. If you are overcharging on an air filter how much are you overcharging on all other services. Our service tech Dakota is spectacular. We will miss his customer service.

Outstanding experience!
Outstanding experience! The entire team provided exceptional service! Dakota from Services took care of my coolant flush and brake fluid flush and gave me detailed updates about everything else I needed to know about my car, giving me significant peace of mind and reassurance ahead of my planned road trip from the Midwest to the West Coast and back! Tom from Parts was also extremely helpful with purchasing a new drive belt that I expect to need for my car in the near future. Their answers to my questions were honest and their candid input reflected genuine interest and care about me as a customer! Even the service desk (both Alisha [spelling?] and Sebastian) who had picked up my calls and scheduled me were very courteous and helpful! Many thanks to the team at Tom Wood Lexus. Keep up the fabulous work!
