Mi Lexus RX premium de 2024 requirió una actualización de software, por suerte el concesionario que elegí fue Tom Wood Lexus, me dieron la cita para el día y hora que escogí, brindan una atención especial a los clientes, no solamente por las golosinas y bebidas gratis, sino porque todos los empleados son excelentes profesionales, recibí mi auto lavado y corrigieron el error por el que requería el servicio, sin dudas siempre será el sitio al que continuaré acudiendo a los mantenimientos, cuando mis amigos o familiares deseen comprar un vehículo, mi recomendación es Tom Wood Lexus.

Two things. They did not tell me that I had the option of use Lyft ride when picking up my car. I had to drive for about one & half hours to get to the dealer. Second, they couldn't locate my car key so I had to sit and wait for at least 25 minutes in the service consultant office. It was quite frustrating.

Took my 2014 RX350 in for 80,000 mile check up and oil change. Technician found a couple of things that needed attention. They were able to accommodate the extra work. Gave me a loaner car for the afternoon and all was accomplished in good time. Thank you to the technician and Shanan for all your help.
