Derrick was excellent to work with, even working from home on an evening to get me the info I needed. Sales process was good, no nonsense, no shenanigans just business. IT staff helpful in explaining vehicle features. Vehicle was fully prepared with full tank when I collected.

The waiting area was clean, and a wide selection of refreshments were available with a clean restroom. I appreciate very much the video assessment on my RX 350 why some work needs to be done .
