I had called Tom Wood Toyota based on a TV incentive to get more information. Jeremy Janes left a great first impression because he took the time (about 20 minutes) to answer all of my questions. At the appointment I ended up making with him, he gave us his full attention. I test drove 4 cars, went back and forth between our final 2, and we decided on the Rav-4 Limited. Jeremy knew his vehicles inside and out. He was so knowledgable and we felt very confident we made an informed decision with his help. We probably took longer than most to made our decision; we were there for 5 hours. Jeremy was patient to go over payment options with us and didn't hesitate to explain how they got to the numbers. He also made sure to go through all the manuals with us. And before we drove the car off the lot, he made sure we knew how everything worked. We have never had such a great experience purchasing a car.

The guys at Tom Wood were wonderful from start to finish, no hassle, down to business to help us get a good deal!
