Great Customer Service...

I'm very pleased with my Advisor - Elmer and I had a question on my settings in the car and he got the Ryan Mullings - MINI Service Manage to help and it was a breeze... I had to get a loaner because my car was going to take more than a couple of hours and I had errands to run and the loaner process was a breeze... Great service all around....

Great Service !!

Even if I arrived early for my appointment, Ryan ,the Service Manager and Fernando were able to accommodate my schedule. Another great experience. at Braman !!

Overall the process was fine.

The salesguy was corteous and friendly, the problem as usual with Braman is the parts department, people there including cashiers and sales guys are extremely rude have a nasty attitude but I guess that I can't expect much out of the people from Miami.

Took less than two hours from purchase to motoring out the door. Staff friendly and selection is wonderful. Had exactly wHat I wanted

Fantastic Experience !

Mackenzie Sackman was the salesman that sold me my Mini Cooper.The customer service I received was fantastic. I liked him before we met. I was inquiring about a Mini Clubman and within no time I received a polite e-mail from Mackenzie. We made an appointment the following week-end and we hit it off immediately. He is soft spoken,he listened to my concerns, and the buying process went smoothly. I believed I received a fair deal, and I got the car I wanted. All the staff I came across Brahman were extremely friendly and helpful. Kudos to Mackenzie,the sales manager and the gentleman who was in charge of financing. he

Rating for Adviser Danny

To whom this may concern, I have been a Mini customer for over 3 years now. Aside from a couple of hiccups when my car was originally purchased, Braman Mini services have been the best throughout my time with Mini. I have had Danny as my adviser for about two years now and not only is he accommodating but he is also helpful and knowledgeable with my car and past history. He always makes me feel welcome and at home. My car is serviced within a reasonable amount of time, and is always returned to me looking brand new. During the times that my car has been serviced, there has always been a loner car provided to me which has made all the difference when the car has had to stay longer than a day. Danny calls with updates or price changes, if any, and is always a phone call away if I need anything. Whenever I've spoken to him, he has always greeted me with glee. He is one of the most helpful people at Braman Mini and I am very lucky that he is my adviser. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the Mini staff to anyone who is looking into purchasing a Mini Cooper.
