I leased my 3rd Mini Cooper from South Motors. Love the car but was disappointed at routine service appointments when presented with expenses that seemed unnecessary and were expensive until I renegotiated after complaining to the Mgr. This happened more than once. The service manager then made amends but it made me uncomfortable. A fellow mini owner suggested going to Braman and gave their service Dept an A+. I was taken care of by Fernando Ramos who got me in and out quickly. I give Braman Mini Cooper an A+ too. The service was fast, efficient, professional and polite.

Huge BMW dealership right on Biscayne Blvd. We shopped online and knew which car I was interested in, so it was as simple as test driving it and closing the deal. Although they didn't budge on price, it was already a very nice deal for this CPO 328. The buying process took about 3 hours after deciding to buy it and went smoothly. Overall very happy with the transaction and the new car.
