Braman service center is incredible. I got an unscheduled tour to retrieve something out of my car. The place is massive, so well run and organized, I was amazed. Getting the car serviced was painless, the staff is professional & friendly. Its another great part of Miami. Oh, thanks for washing my car too!

Excellent customer service and friendly Marco Rodriguez was excellent. Service time was exactly what I was told and car was cleaned when delivered. Would recommend this Braman dealership.

I called the contact person, to let him know that I was driving 120 miles to see the car I wanted. When I got there, the salesman brought me the car. It was dusty and not prepared for me. The inside control knobs, were covered in some sticky substance.The battery sounded weak when i went to start it. Shut it down and restarted car. Same sound like it was a weak battery or a problem with the starter. The car had almost no gas. Just enough to drive 5 miles or less. If I went for a test drive, I might have run out of gas.The salesperson did not know anything about this car. When I asked about a "basic" 30 day warranty, he said I was buying the car, As Is. As I walked away, I heard the salesman try to start the car. It would not start again.

3rd car that i got form this dealer. Always been a pleasure experience.

This is my tenth or so BMW and I have bought all of them except 2 from Braman. There is no need to go elsewhere, plus it is conveniently located, Marc the salesman has been there forever, Dave the financial officer has been there forever, etc. Familiarity is the key.

I really like the sales personal.... sales manager was not willing to work much on price....I buy and sell or trade every couple of years ....i usually buy in 60 to 70 thousand range.... the reason is the dealer always worked with me....I love what I purchased from you... I would just appreciate a little more time from finance manager
