All were 100% nice and helpful. Have 4 bmw cars now and three are from braman. Service is great. The sales person and the credit person were so nice and helpful.

The repairs were done fast and they always kept me updated. Mr. Albin from body shop and Felipe from service were extremely helpful and worked together to get any car done as fast as possible

Kristopher Barres provided excellent customer service! He was attentive, and kept me fully informed of the process at all times. He is to be commended for excellence. The only problem that I encountered was a failure of the Guest internet access. I chose to wait at the facility rather than take a rental car to my office, knowing that I had pressing documents to review. Unfortunately, internet connectivity was spotty, and no one was able to raise the IT department while I was waiting for a reset. Otherwise, my experience was a very positive one.
