Every time that I go to service my Mini Cooper I come back feeling that I've got a new car. Excellent.

I dropped my car over with a drivers side window not functioning and left it in great hands with two of the best people you have there.Jordan Philactou and Felipe Bocangel from the Service Department. You need to clone these two guys ! Because of them i'm super happy with my visit there they were super professional and helpful.You need to use their customer service skills to train the other departments especially the cashiers,if you have three ladies sitting in the cashiers area then why not all three of them are able to help the customers? The lady(Hispanic dark skin) that was sitting in the middle she was not interesting of helping me she was pointing the other two ladies which at that time they were busy with other customers. I'm not sure if she is a manager and or with a different role but if that is the case why is she sitting there???

Your Sales Associate, Paulo Santos, is a true professional. He saw immediately that I preferred a low key approach, and worked accordingly. He was polite, considerate and charming, and conducted the transaction smoothly and efficiently. In fact the only hold-up of any kind was my bank dragging it's feet a little regarding my car-loan. I live in Key West, some 180 miles from Braman's dealership, but despite the above mentioned bank delay, Paulo Santos had me at the steering wheel of my new Mini within five days of my first making on-line contact. I can't praise him too highly, but should add that I also adore the car! Thank you, Paulo, and thank you, Braman Motors for another great purchasing experience.

At Braman BMW service every thing was quick and smooth, all very professional. My experience was wounderful as I now know going for a service car turn less the okay. Jose was very prifecional and I will keep coming to him.

Staff I dealt with were actually enjoyable to work with. Surprised by good experience that I experienced.

My service manager even noticed my wipers were shot and he requested to be changed. He anticipated my request. Between waiting there and taking a loan car to come back, the service was so fast that I decided to wait. What else can I say? The only minor problem was that that the carwash was poorly done.

Muy mal servicio hacia el cliente , engaño en el contrato de least , y la atención pésima , nunca más compro un carro ahí gracias..!!! Espero que se den cuenta que cualquier cliente no compra ahí cuiden y atiendan bien a sus clientes..
