Purchased my pre-owned mini from Bramman about 2+ months ago. Noticed the horn was not working properly, but kept putting off taking it in, imagining being without a car and the inconvenience. Well, dealing with Bramman keeps being a pleasant experience, no longer having to sell me, they are just inherently customer driven. The check in is fast efficient, they provided a loaner for no extra charge and the repair was done overnight. Picking up the car was just as efficient. I recommend this dealer 100%
