Luis in sales was outstanding. Excellent knowledge of the product BMW and any other vehicles I asked about. Very low pressure sales. Exceptional experience. The only complaint I have is that too buy a key chain and hat at the parts area was extremely inefficient. The different lines to select past, pay for invoice, and pick up part. 40 minutes. I'll buy products online next time. Sales is exceptional.
