I had low air pressure on right rear tire. It happened every month and service adviser (her name is Giovanna) said it happened because of weather. She checked tire in 5 minute. I asked to her to check that tire completely. But she said if service could not find anything, I have to pay labor. It sound like gamble for me. So I could not ask that. It's happened 3 times and she did same thing each time. I almost gave up. It was 4th time. So I totally doubt what she said (it because of weather). If it's happened by weather, all customer have to go to service every month for this caution? It's ridiculous!! Anyway, I called the service and explained all situation to Mr. Danny Soto. He answered they can check the tire with no charge. He gently checked the tire and sent my car to service for more detail. Finally, very tiny hole was found. He took me to the service station and showed to me what's happened on my tire. That's the reason for low air pressure caution on every month!! Not because of weather!! He explained very gently and he took care of my car very well. Nobody put vinyl sheet cover on my white sheet ever. But he did. My car was washed and cleaned up interior like a brand new car! I've never got such a great service in your place. Thank you, Danny!! You are the best!!! I really appreciate your great service.

I have purchased several BMW vehicles from other dealerships.THis has by far been my best experience ever. My Sales Advisor, Financial Advisor and Sales Manager were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Each of them thoroughly explained to me in detail and acute specificity all aspects of the contract and sale.

BMW service
My only concern is the loaner process. Waiting time is ridiculous, there was three associates and all they do is talk and on top of that only one of them helps the customers while the other two just sit around. Had to wait 30 to get my loaner. Other than this everything else was good.

My Mini Days are Over ....
The past 14 years I have been a very proud and happy owner of several Braman Mini Coopers and the last being a Mini Cooper Roadster Convertible which I loved, but time was closing in to renew my lease and after much thought and test driving of other cars, a Beamer 228i was looking more attractive to me, yes I wanted to spoil myself as I work hard but my pooch also needed a back seat to be comfortable. So off I go to Bramans Bmw and was happily greeted by a lovely lady with a beaming smile who said ... Welcome to Bmw and hence continued to be my Sales Representative - Antonella Zumino. l then took a test drive in a 228i Convertible and just loved it but wasn't 100% as it was a transition and I wanted to have a little time to think and Ms. Zumino was not your normal pushy sales person which was a huge relief and said l am here when you are ready. Almost 4 weeks later I was sort of ready and made an appointment with Ms. Zumino and after a little negotiation with both Ms. Zumino and a very charming personable Sales Manager Willi Peraza ... I am now the proud owner and member of the Beamer Club with my 228i Valencia Orange Convertible and I wish to thank you both Antonella & Willi for making my transition an easy one !

Exceptional Service all around
I can't rave enough about how absolutely pleasant, professional, and just all around great experience it was making my purchase at Branman BMW. Everything from the amazing team that helped me Yoel (sales), Franchesca (Finance) and Armando (service). They make you feel like you're top priority and take note of every comment or wish. I don't live close but plan to continue taking the drive to this location. I don't foresee anyone else topping or matching this type of service.
