A Pleasant Experience

My BMW Service Advisor, Maruf Dib Muchallah was superb (as always). He scheduled a convenient appointment for me, greeted me upon arrival, and promptly finished the necessary paperwork for my required maintenance visit. I opted to wait for my car instead of taking a loaner, and the work was finished (including car wash and vacuuming) in less time than he had promised. I have had a number of service advisors over the years, most of which were also very competent and friendly, but Maruf is such a pleasure to deal with (and is so trustworthy) that I can highly recommend him and Braman Motors service department.

Purchase of BMW M235

Facility could have coffe and water available. I spent 4 hours there and didnt see one coffe machine visible. I bought the car in my second visit.When I went to the BMW side I qas ignored.On the contrary I was received very well in the Mini side. Then the Mini sales person was the one who sold me the BMW. The customer care at the BMW area has to improve significantly.

Great dealership

I had a great experience. My sales person was great, very informative, helpful and pleasant to work with. Finance was great also. They were quick, made my visit very pleasant and were great on numbers and gave me BMW financial with a great deal.

M6 Lease

I was in the market for a new lease. It was between Mercedes or Maserati. As I was driving home I said to myself, "let's swing by Braman and see what they have in stock. I walked in and an Electric Blue M6 really caught my attention. As I walked around the show room the first person to greet me was Mr. Jesus Diaz. The rest is history. A few hours later I was on the way home with a beautiful vehicle. Jesus demonstrated excellent service, efficiency, and professionalism. I will definitely recommend this particular dealership going forward.
