I worked with service consultant Francisco Diaz, and I can honestly say it's the best customer service I've ever received from a service advisor. From the second my car broke down I was able to contact him and he was nice enough to give me the roadside assistance number and walk me through the process of getting the vehicle repaired. Even though it was his day off I was still able to reach him and he was extremely helpful. He was able to calm me down while I was extremely nervous about being broken down on the street. Francisco followed up with me everyday about any work or diagnostics that were being done on the vehicle. He is the best and I would recommend him to anyone! Definitely going to be working with him for any future bmw repair needs/services! Very dedicated, caring, and nice associate! Definitely impressed by the customer service I received!
