Braman Motors Miami

I'm very disappoint this is my first BMW I think will the last , in 2 years a expended 900.00 in tires only, my car is new..in two years I have to go a couple times in the dialer.

Erick was very knowledgable and helpful during the entire process. He made sure that I got a loaner as quickly as possible and even helped me call my insurance company so they would fax a current copy of my card. He really went above and beyond anything I expected. He even personally notified me when my car was ready for pick-up. My mechanic even came by to ensure I got my car right away, which I thought was great customer service. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Braman. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family members.
