Best service anywhere!

Excellent service, fast and thorough. Loaner car free. Time spent: 45 minutes to leave the car for service, 30 minutes to return loaner and pick up my car.

First time, great Service

Brought my Z4 in for service for the first time since moving to Miami. Easy to drop off car, received a loaner, pick up a breeze.

I walked in to simoly look around and the new car line up. I was greeted and treated like i was a most valued customer who has bought many cars. I was given many options, took a test drive and narrowed the selection the right car for me. Also, i had a car to tade in and was very quickly givena very fair offer as value for my trade in. I did not agrere oin the spot but did leave a deposit . 2 days later i calle to accept the deal. I arrived at the dealership and they got me in and out very quicky with all of the paperwok and i drove home in my new car. This was onverall amazing experience!!

I have been a client for over 2 years, my service advisor is Felipe Bocangel and he conducts himself in a most professional manner, is a very nice gentleman who is knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Exceptional customer service is seldom experienced these days and I am happy to say that, is most definitely not the case at Braman. A name is only as good as it's employees and Mr. Bocangel is a true professional whom goes above and beyond.
