Fraude y engañó
Fraude y engaño al cliente alteraciones en el reporte del Carfax, me vendieron un carro como título limpio, asegurándome que el vehículo no tenía accidente reportado y había pasado todos los puntos de inspección con la certificación de Toyota. Después de un año pagando el carro, ayer descubrí tal engaño. Hoy fui a Headquarter Toyota donde lo adquirí, a tratar de que me dieran una explicación o solución y el Manager de Ventas Alejandro Corbo que me atendió, fue poco profesional y prepotente, incluso burlándose me propuso que pusiera una demanda contra el dealer y que él me ayudaba. Que falta de respeto.

Mal trabajo
Mi nombre es janner sanchez me repararon mi carro en el taller y tube que regresar en 6 ocasiones por un trabajo de tan mala calidad que es indignante y esta es la altura que e tratado de contactar con el director de servicios y nunca esta en su oficina tengo la peor de las opiniones de este taller empezando que no son profesionales ni en lo que hacen ni en com ol tratan a sus clientes ,el control y calidad es lo peor de lo peor por recomendación lleve mi Cadillac escalade a reparar hay y hasta piensas sueltas le dejaron no es que solo hable es que tengo vídeos y fotos yo les recomiendo que a este sitio no vayan a nada

GET AWAY FROM THOSE THIEVES!!!!!!!
TODAY 12/3/18 MY FATHER 81 YEARS OLD (WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE EARLY STAGE) WENT TO THE DEALER WITH 2 LIGHTS IN THE DASH FOR HELP, THE DEALER SERVICE STAFF MADE MY DAD BELIEVE THAT THE CAR WAS OVERHEATED AND THE ENGINE HAD TO BE REPAIR BECAUSE IT WAS BLOWN.EVERYTHING WAS A FAKE.WHEN MY SISTER APPROACHES THE DEALER SHE CONTACTED ME WITH RICARDO PEREZ AND HE ASSURED ME THE CAR IS REALLY DAMAGED.TOTAL REPAIR COST $2843.00. HE AGREED WITH ME NEXT FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO SEE HOW I WOULD MAKE THE PAYMENT AFTER THE CAR WAS COMPLETELY FIXED BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED WORKING ON THE CAR, INSTEAD I WENT TO THE DEALER TO SEE THE CAR.....WOW WHAT A SURPRISE, NOT ONLY THAT THEY HAD NOT STARTED BUT MY CAR WAS COMPLETELY PERFECT CONDITIONS......THEY JUST TRIED TO CHEAT A OLD MAN.

Bad unconsistent customer service
This place has horrible customer service, i’ve had my car towed and they said they can work on my car without authorization and then they call and say I need to come in to sign papers to work on my car. I told them I cant come in and to send me the paper work through email and they said they would and after calling 4 times they still didnt send me the papers. Which means it will take LONGER for my car to be taken care of. Still waiting on the paperwork, they are taking forever and i’m going to get charged extra for the days its there and for my rental days. Wouldnt recommend going there.
