great help!

Norman Torres has done it once again! Norman helped me out the first time I came to buy my first vehicle, and once again he gave me the quality help any good salesman can offer. He didn't try to beat around the bush with me, he was very upfront about all my concerns. I highly recommend if you're looking for a Toyota to go speak to Norman Torres, and he'll be able to help you out like he did me. I've already bought two cars from him, and both times I've been completely satisfied.

Great Service

Outstanding service I was at the department on Feb 7th for my oil change and Feb 14th for a recall on my Toyota Camry. I was helped by Joaquin Negron, and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Joaquin explained everything in detail, and he was extremely polite,friendly and helpful. I will always go to this service department and request to be assisted by Joaquin.

Experienced services.

I'm with this facility long time ago; bought three new cars and one used. So far, everything was OK with this dealer. My last service was fast and well done. Great service as always

I have always gotten get great service here although sometimes wait time can be lengthy, it's definitely worth it. They get the job done right the first time and most of the advisors are very courteous and fast. I am a super picky customer and I travel from Broward to this dealer because they have always satisfied.

Great service

Last Sunday I went to headquarter toyota to have my car regular maintenance service done. Jesus Fernandez was the representative that took care of my car. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything that my car need it based on my car's mileage. He called me when the car was ready to pick it up and went over the maintenance service that was done once again. I was very please with his service I will schedule my next service appointment with him if he is available.
