I only trust Headquarter Toyota to service my Camry. The service is top notch at every level, from Mr. John Lino, the Service Manager, to Mr. Alexander Besteiro, who greeted me and made sure my car was well taken of. They, as well as everyone I encountered in the office, were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities are very pleasant with a large waiting room. Do not hesitate to take your care to this dealership.

Purchase of 2015 RAV4 On Sunday January 18, 2015.
Being a customer of this Dealership for over 30, when my sister in law approached me to help her buy a new car, I immediately thought of going to Headquarter Toyota as we had done in the past. The buying experience was overall Excellent in all its aspects as we were taken care by en excellent salesman named Oscar Trujillo. During the process Mr. Trujillo always displayed a professional attitude and an a definite determination to assist us in the process of selecting the right model and price that we had in mind to spend on this deal. One of the skills that he displayed at all times was HONESTY in the sense that he dealt with us in a straight forward manner thus giving us a level of comfort that he recognized us as mature car buyers thus cutting through the chase and going right down to the bottom line in a clear and expeditious manner. As I mentioned the experience of buying this car was the best I have had in recent years, frankly it almost was a pleasure as it is supposed to be. The only recommendation I can make to the dealer is that, the sales personnel needs to be better trained on the features and functions of their products as sometimes it is obvious they are a bit weak in the qualities of the automobile they are selling to us (the customer). That can be confusing and cause disappointment with the clients as they may construed that something is included in the price when is not, or that the car being sold features some sort functionality that perhaps the model does not support it. Overall, If I had to buy another car today, I would like to be attended by Mr. Oscar Trujillo. The entire staff including the general manager performed excellently in the CUSTOMER SERVICE area specially in the way they treated us at all times.

Dashboard Check Engine, VSC Track & CSW lights on
On January 15, 2015 I visited the Headquarter Toyota Maintenance Department in order to have my car checked for numerous warning light in the dashboard panel. I was attended by Romel Hernandez who conducted a very professional investigation on how the lights came "on" in my dash board. Mr. Romel Hernandez was helpful and polite thus displaying respect and collaboration helping me to understand the probabilities of what had gone wrong with my car. He made a true effort to keep me informed on the developments of the mechanic's progress in their investigation and to get me out of the shop as quickly as possible. Overall it was a positive experience thus restoring a bit of faith in good dealership's honesty in their policies and practices. While I welcomed the repair because it kind of overhauled my Gas Tank Cap and the evaporator sensors , etc. in the engine, I am suspicious that the cause of this problem was the gas tank's cap not being tight enough so, I am writing this expense off as MAINTENANCE and not as a repair as I am not totally convinced that there was anything wrong with my car except for the possibility of the gas' cap being a bit loose or not tighten up strong enough, but of this, I am not ceertain.
