Very bad service, they don't answer calls, they don't
Very bad service, they don't answer calls, they don't return messages, they had the car for a month and fifteen days, they didn't give answers about what they did to it nor did we receive any information. The service is terrible. The person who served us was Adrian, a terrible worker.

My worst nightmare was going to this place to get an oil
My worst nightmare was going to this place to get an oil change and a recall repaired on my car. I spent 2 hours and 40 minutes waiting. I had an appointment but that didn't matter.Regarding the recall, they never found it, I had to show them the letter from GMC about the problem and they still asked me to leave the car at the dealership. They told me they didn't have a loaner car to give me and denied me a ride to my house because there was no staff. So they didn't fix the recall, they never washed my car and they only did an oil change that took 2 hours and 40 minutes. And this because I went out to get my car, no one offered me information, there was no maintenance manager on site and my advisor was hard to find. Very rude staff and poor customer service.
