My repair history has been suspect, particularly with

My repair history has been suspect, particularly with their express service for standard maintenance. Twice I?ve taken a vehicle in for service and they?ve managed to screw it up, compromising the integrity of my vehicle. Oil and other fluids leaking out and staining my driveway and triggering alarms on my dash, due to poorly executed service on simple things. I would avoid this dealer, they broke my trust.

It took way too long.

It took way too long. I paid with cash, it should have been in and out. Our sales person kept disappearing on us.

The service shop was very professional and the service was top notch Repairs were done in a timely manner even though I was a walk in customer from out of town

Purchased the vehicle in November we did not receive it

Purchased the vehicle in November we did not receive it till 1 month later. The repairs they were going work on were not repaired properly. To make matters worse they never return my calls or text they gave me the run around. It was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a dealership.

Do not take your vehicle in for service here!! I had a water pump replaced on my Jeep Wrangler. I noticed it was dripping from what appeared to be a thermostat. Found that this service dept had loosened the thermostat bleater when they replaced the water pump and never tightened it back up. Then when I picked the jeep up they had closed the radio antenna in the passenger door. I've purchased many new and used vehicles from this dealership. Never again!

Thank you for the response but not sure how you are going to resolve the issues I've had with your service department. I'm certainly never going to have your service department ever work on any of my vehicles again. I just wanted you to be aware of the actions of your service department and let others know my experience.

I really appreciate the efforts that Robert Williams took

I really appreciate the efforts that Robert Williams took with our extended warranty. He was very helpful. I am not very appreciative about how long it took to get may car repaired. 23 days is far too long even if some of the work needed to be done at an outside shop. Also, I was told that the car needed motor mounts and a driveshaft but when I picked it up I was told the motor mounts were not needed. No real explanation of why that changed.

Although the DealerRater system shows that I responded at 6:23 PM, the reality is that I called at 11:16 AM MST. I just tried to contact the "General Manager" at the phone number listed below. The number goes to a general menu asking for which department I wanted to contact, Service, Parts, etc. There is no human to speak with at any time and I don't know which department the "General Manager" is located in. Also there is no name associated with "General Manager" so I wouldn't know who to ask for if there was any human to speak with. Please write back and give me a direct line for "General Manager" because I'm pretty irritated with the communication so far.

Made a deal with the GM of Sales, had terms agreed on and allowed him to run credit, approved and ready to go per my email at noon from the GM. I was supposed to pick up the car afterwork and finalize paperwork at 6PM. When i get there at 6 he was gone and the car was sold. No call, no email just a big waste of time and a hard inquiry on my credit. Good luck, id buy elsewhere
