I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. From start to finish the process was smooth, transparent, and pressure free. Brian was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for me rather than simply making a sale. He took time to answer my questions, clearly explain pricing and finance options and made me feel comfortable with every step of the process. There were no surprises which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was professional and courteous and transactions was efficient. Clean comfortable dealership. No pressure sales environment. I went in just to do a test drive and they were able to match the price I was comfortable with without me needing to do a bunch of haggling.

It is a very daunting process when you are switching from 1 dealer to another. I had been Nissan person for years and had a salesperson my family and I adored. However, when I wanted to go in another direction, I needed to have someone I felt comfortable with and answered my questions without selling to me first. Ricky Harris was definitely that person. Ricky understood the assignment. He was a breath of fresh air. The was a floating manager Vern, that understood that Ricky had been working with me and he followed Ricky's lead. This doesn't just happen, it's built into the culture. I am a Mazda girl now and Ricky is my guy!!
