It is a very daunting process when you are switching from 1 dealer to another. I had been Nissan person for years and had a salesperson my family and I adored. However, when I wanted to go in another direction, I needed to have someone I felt comfortable with and answered my questions without selling to me first. Ricky Harris was definitely that person. Ricky understood the assignment. He was a breath of fresh air. The was a floating manager Vern, that understood that Ricky had been working with me and he followed Ricky's lead. This doesn't just happen, it's built into the culture. I am a Mazda girl now and Ricky is my guy!!

My wife and I were shopping around for a new car in Kent county and was having no luck. We ended up calling Martin Mazda to see if they had specific inventory we were looking for. Brian Matt was our salesman who answered the call. Brian listened to our wants and was able to get us an upgraded model for a truly fair price.
