The staff at Porter is always professional and friendly. From the sales office to the maintenance deparment you are always treated with respect. The process is easy and if you need to wait for your car, there are beverages available and even a place to work while you wait. Cashier and CS agent gave me paperwork .for wrong vehicle. Upin receiving car there was a strong odor of burnt plastic coming thru which eventually dissapated , the techican must have spilled a chemical or melted plastic on the exhaust manifold
