Ryan, Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. I am sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the vehicle that you purchased. All of our vehicles are thoroughly inspected before we elect to offer a vehicle for retail on our lot. Upon completion of the evaluation, it is then determined that the vehicle will be Porter Certified which is a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty bumper to bumper, Ford Certified which will give you a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty or may be a combination of the balance of the factory warranty. We stand behind our vehicles 100% and certainly have nothing to gain by retailing a bad vehicle only to field complaints and negative reviews. If you are experiencing an issue with your vehicle, please reach out to your sales associate and we can schedule a time to have the vehicle picked up from your house to address the issue. Totally the car is in a good condition, but it has some small problems like windshield wipers make sound its not soft, and has oil leaked.
