Overall very satisfied with everyone.

Dealer represented their product well. Very attentive to me, as a customer. Bob Karan did pretty much exactly what he said he was going to do, especially returning phone calls. One minor disappointment my car could have been cleaned better before delivery

Great experiance

The staff was very friendly. They were very professional . We traded a truck for a mustang gt no problem. I would recommend these guys anytime.

Outstanding Service-Lincoln purchase

I worked with Dan Shine who listened to my needs, wants, and concerns. He was quickly able to determine what he had on the lot that fit that window, and was happy to explain why a vehicle would or wouldn't be a good fit for my situation. I highly recommend Carman Ford Lincoln and Dan Shine, particularly, although all parties involved in my transaction were pleasant, kind, and super professional (even late on a Thursday night at closing time!) Dan also helped setup my bluetooth and also get my memory seats adjusted and saved for me. I am so happy with my certified pre-owned Lincoln and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great Experience

I had a great experience with Carman, most notably due my sales person's professionalism and knowledge. Joe Giacchino was attentive, detail-oriented and thorough from the day of my first test ride to the day I drove out. I ordered my truck (F150 Lariat) and Joe kept me posted throughout the process and ensured that I was informed up to to the day of delivery. The price they offered was very fair and I really appreciated the ease and simplicity of the entire experience. If you're looking for a Ford, go to Carman and ask for Joe!

Transit Connect Purchase

I recently purchased a Certified Transit Connect from Carman Ford. Greg Gramaldi was awesome as usual and the process was straight forward and transparent. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought through Greg and he has become a good friend over the years. I originally went in looking for an Escape but after telling Greg what I was trying to do he offered other options I had not considered and we ended up with The Transit..a great choise. I highly recommend Carman Ford and Greg Gralmaldi if you are looking for a New Ford or a good quality used car.

Love My MKC!

I knew I wanted to buy another Lincoln but was unsure of what vehicle to buy. Jai Nichols was very knowledgable explaining what each vehicle was equipped with. We test drove two vehicles, MKZ and MKC, which made it hard to decide which to get. Finally I chose the MKC and I love it! Perfect size for me and my sometimes passengers. Before I left with the car, Jai showed me how to work everything, I haven't had to read the manual!

cruise control problem

Purchased a Chevy at a Ford/Lincoln dealer. I was led to believe that it had the remainder 5yr/100,000 warranty. The dealer knew of the problem but did not offer to fix it, saying that it has to be repaired by Chevy. Rather they gave me $250 toward the cost of repair. Sloppy they should have repaired it for me at no cost. They did advertise the car as under warranty and not "as is".

Excellence Service ...Again!

In 2013 I leased my first MKX with Dan Shine. Through the years Dan has stayed in contact with me to make sure that my vehicle was operating properly and living up to the excellent reputation of the Lincoln motor company. Approximately one month ago Larry Giacchino contacted me about the early out program because my lease was about to end. However, Dan had already contacted me about leasing a new MKX. I made an appointment with Dan and he made the whole process extremely easy. As before excellent service and attention to the details by Dan in the entire Carman Ford Lincoln Team. The entire process was seamless! I can't wait to drive my new 2016 MKX! Thanks again to everyone at Carman!
