Lease to purchase
I was there since 10:00am and came out at almost 7 pm it took them about nine hours to finish while they where inside just waistIng time . I understand the process takes a awhile but it does not take 8 to 9 hours to do that no other dealer does that they take about 4 hours the most they even confused me with another person and had me walk in with the finiance manager to sign papers that ware they even mine bad customer service

Great Experience
Mario Medina at Honda of Downtown made my car-buying experience easy and stress-free. Mario made sure I was out of the dealership as quickly as possible as we had previously negotiated and never once did he try to sell me add-ons or extra warranties and things I didn't want. I hate buying cars but my experience here with Mario was great.

Excellent customer service from dealer Matt H. I recently purchased a (white -- only color in stock) 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid from this dealership. Matt did a very good job explaining the car and price in detail and wanting us to get the best deal. Regarding the finance paperwork, it may get a little confusion, so feel free to question anything you may not understand. Good luck.

Not pleased
This Honda dealership wanted to charge me $1000 for a window replacement. I instead had the SAME WORK done instead by a mobile installer for $195. Of course the dealership charged me $175 for ?re-stocking.? The dealership also lost my car lock remote (but later found it). Meanwhile they somehow caused one of my keys to become inactivated. When I went to retrieve my car I cut my hand on glass from the windshield and no one at the dealership knew where the first aid kit was (or they didn?t want to a give customer a simple bandage). While my service advisor was nice and accommodating, that?s not enough for me to recommend Honda of DTLA or to ever return (except to get my key fixed).
